Then the person opens the window, holds out their hand for my money and doesn't say a word. I know you're dealing with a bunch of teens but when you come in and the manager‘s sitting up in a chair on his cell phone on many occasions, suddenly the lack of service makes sense. Time for some customer service classes for everyone!May 29, 2016
